Come play, express and discover through color! Everspring Living is hosting painting experiences to explore wet-on-wet watercolor in the style of Hauschka therapeutic painting. This process invites us to be mindful in the moment by letting go of expectations and attachments. Welcome in creativity, imagination and freedom. Enjoy time simply playing with color while allowing the analytical mind to take a break. Discover what emerges from this process both on the paper and within your own body/mind awareness. No prior art experience is necessary. Supplies are provided.
